This class will help you focus on finding your potential that has been trapped, closed off, hiding, waiting; learn how to heighten your own awareness in your life. Learn to apply new positive thoughts to old beliefs that are influencing your manifesting principals in this moment. Learn to think out side the box. You will begin to look at CHANGE as a positive action in your life rather then resistance. To begin we will discuss what is working in your life, looking at your attitudes, choices, how you use your mind and how you use those principles to make concrete decisions, from that place you will learn how to strengthen your foundation for change.

This class assists you in remembering your innate healing abilities and provides a framework for using these gifts for self-healing and healing facilitation of others. Our connection to the animal (birds, mammals, insects, reptiles) world can deeply touch us with their messages of knowledge, strength, love, support and guide us through our daily lives. You will also experience your connection with your animal totems through art, dance and nature.
