Six Step To Fulfillment

Fulfillment
So happiness – isn’t that the thing that all of us strive to find and keep? Nobody is happy all of the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others. Studies on what makes people happy reveal that it doesn’t have much to do with material goods or high achievement; it seems to whittle down to your outlook on life, and the quality of your relationships with the people around you.To be happy you should know what to love and how much. Here are six step to begin you on your journey to fulfillment.

1 Be Optimistic

2 Follow Your Gut

3 Make enough money to meet your basic needs

4 Stay close to family and friends

5 Find happiness in the Job you have now.

6 Smile

Chi (Qi):: Major Life Force in our Bodies

By Jaseng Center for Alternative Medicine.

The ancient oriental doctor perceived human beings as a microcosm of the universe that surrounded them. They imagined themselves as a part of an unbroken wholeness, called Tao, a singular relational continuum within and without.

Oriental medical thinking grew up with the relationship of the human being and nature in body-mind-spirit. And so the system of examination, diagnosis and treatment for Oriental medicine is based on these natural processes. The concept of human health then follows laws inherent in the flow of the life ‘Energy (Chi)’ inherent in nature.

The existence of humanity and, in fact, all of nature, is dependent upon this Chi (Qi). It is only by Chi that the planets move, the wind blows, the elements exist. It is only by Chi that human beings live and breathe. When Chi is flowing, all of life’s processes are in operation in a rhythmic and harmonious way. The Chi energy is the vital force in all of life, and the Tao is the path and method to sustain this pure Chi energy.

Carl Jung and The Holy Grail of the Unconscious

175px-Jung_1910-rotated

Story:: By SARA CORBETT
This is a story about a nearly 100-year-old book, bound in red leather, which has spent the last quarter century secreted away in a bank vault in Switzerland. The book is big and heavy and its spine is etched with gold letters that say “Liber Novus,” which is Latin for “New Book.” Its pages are made from thick cream-colored parchment and filled with paintings of otherworldly creatures and handwritten dialogues with gods and devils. If you didn’t know the book’s vintage, you might confuse it for a lost medieval tome.

And yet between the book’s heavy covers, a very modern story unfolds. It goes as follows: Man skids into midlife and loses his soul. Man goes looking for soul. After a lot of instructive hardship and adventure — taking place entirely in his head — he finds it again.

Some people feel that nobody should read the book, and some feel that everybody should read it. The truth is, nobody really knows. Most of what has been said about the book — what it is, what it means — is the product of guesswork, because from the time it was begun in 1914 in a smallish town in Switzerland, it seems that only about two dozen people have managed to read or even have much of a look at it.

New Music Enhances the Manifesting Process: Aims to Help People Get Faster Results with the Law of Attraction

A new series of musical recordings works on a subconscious level to help people manifest their desires and get faster results with the law of attraction. The music, developed by renowned health practitioner and music therapist Emmanuel Dagher, fuses metaphysical techniques and audio frequencies with the appeal of the catchiest top-40, pop music sound.

Los Angeles, CA, July 14, 2009 –(PR.com)– A new series of musical recordings that works on a subconscious level to help people manifest their desires and get faster results with the law of attraction has just been released. The music, developed by renowned health practitioner and music therapist Emmanuel Dagher, fuses metaphysical techniques and audio frequencies with the appeal of the catchiest top-40, pop music sound. The result? A powerful, yet simple and enjoyable, way for people to increase their ability to manifest and create positive transformations in their lives. (A full-length audio track entitled “Beautiful World”, which focuses specifically on attracting financial abundance and wealth, can be heard at: http://www.magnifiedmanifesting.com)

What makes Emmanuel’s music so unique is his ability to take what are typically considered “new age” concepts and package them into an uplifting and completely mainstream sound with the potential for widespread appeal. Despite its esoteric, metaphysical roots, the music is indistinguishable from something you would hear on your local top-40 radio station. Catchy, uplifting, and upbeat, the music brings powerful healing techniques once reserved for the “new age” sect to the masses.

The music, called “Visionary Manifesting Audio”, was initially developed as a tool to help Emmanuel’s clients enhance their ability to manifest and enhance their work with the law of attraction. After the widespread success of the hit movie “The Secret”, many people, including Emmanuel’s clients, were exposed to the concepts of manifesting and the “law of attraction”, which states that “like attracts like”, including your thoughts. However, many people experience limited results when first attempting to put the law of attraction to work, primarily due to subconscious blocks and other limiting beliefs locked in the subconscious mind. To address such issues and resulting frustration, the concept for “Visionary Manifesting Audio” was born. Continue reading

“The Shift” – A Movie With A Message

The ShiftAs our economy and world continues to shift, it has been interesting to hear folks talk about looking for more in terms of their lives, their work, their purpose. Dr. Wayne Dyer‘s 2009 movie release “The Shift,” speaks to this poetically and dramatically, as only he can. Filmed mostly at Asilomar, a lovely, rustic retreat in Monterey, California, the film tracks the lives of its characters while presenting a “movie in a movie” of Dr. Dyer recording his thoughts and wisdom.

Breaking from the documentary style of the popular film “The Secret” and some others in the spiritual cinema genre, this film combines sensible direction with beautiful cinematography, plausible, real-life examples (except maybe for the couple with the Porsche…although Portia de Rossi is excellent) and a timeless message.

View the movie trailer here. And perhaps my favorite part/sub-story – Ethan Lipton & His Orchestra. Here’s the music video.

Wind Dancer’s Affirmation for the week of April 20, 2009 (Earth week!)

“I am creating my legacy.”

As we celebrate the earth this week – honoring our contributions to her and contemplating our impact on her – I can’t help but wonder what the legacy of our generation will be with respect to the environment and our blue marble. It’s been so encouraging to see, hear and meet so many people who care about the environment – more every day. In our multi-faceted, multi-tasking world, the fact that governments, businesses, communities are making this a positive focus and that individuals are taking the time to volunteer, be activists and make the individual choices and changes in their lives that support the earth and all of the causes we feel so passionately about brings great joy.

What is your cause? Your song? Your creation? Your purpose? What do you feel passionate about?

What will be your legacy?

Wind Dancer’s Affirmation for the week of April 13, 2009

“I enjoy laughter every day.”

I mean full belly, full body, full spirit laugh.

Lately, many people seem to be working harder than ever. Life can be tiring – even with the Spring blooming all around us – when we have so many perceived “obligations” and “responsibilities” on our plates. But if you look, there are many opportunities to smile and learn from our experiences every day – the comedy we all know as life.

There are many meditations that focus on loving kindness and suggest smiling throughout – just because the physical act of smiling promotes a positive mental and emotional response. (Try it sometime.)

Call an old friend who always evokes a smile. Read the funny book or magazine you love. Watch your favorite show or movie or discover something new. Observe your four-legged friends in their everyday adventures.

And smile and laugh to your heart’s content today and everyday.

Wind Dancer’s Affirmation for the Week of April 6, 2009

“I express my divine power with love.”

We live in a world where we have been taught that “power” comes from the external – money, fame, position, material. But, if you look inside, you will find that you have all of the divine power you need to make the best decisions for yourself, your life and the world around you – for the highest good of all concerned. That “gut feeling” you have is no accident – it is your intuition. And intuition is the voice of God (Universe, Source, whatever name feels right for you). Like the yellow of the forsythia in springtime and the yellow of the sun’s rays, feel and express your divine power this week. We will all be better for it.

Wind Dancer’s Affirmation for the Week of 3.30.09

“I manifest what I love, what furthers my divine purpose, and what benefits all.”

In one sense, things are accelerating faster than ever, while at the same time, we are going back to our roots and appreciating, hopefully, what we’ve learned from our elders. The old addage is “one step forward, two steps back.” At this point, we don’t have the luxury of reminiscing if we are to survive and thrive.

We have the opportunity, with what we know today, to make daily steps to move forward and make things better, not only for ourselves, but for the world.

I choose to manifest what is yet unimagined by taking responsibility for my thoughts and actions each day.
